Flooded my home TWICE!!

I’ve had this washer for 5 years. Bought brand new from Lowe’s. At year 2, the plastic housing around the inlet valves cracked, flooding my home. Luckily, my daughter was home & shut off the main valve to the house. Mediocre Wash- Worse RINSE

Soap stays, even after several wash cycles without soap..using vinegar as well. No blockages, use very little soap, always double rinse, never overfill the loads. Been this way since day one. I purchased the matching washer and dryer in September 2020. From day one, I could not use the recommended tide pods because of over sudsing, even with extra rinse selected. I do not use fabric softener. Clothes don't get all the way clean and towels are stiff as if there's still soap in them. Mold & Mildew Mess

I have been loving this washer until I recently noticed there was mold and mildrew building up inside of the rubber gasket. I would have to completely remove and disconnect the gasket to reach the areas this is building up. I wipe it down regularly (what you can reach without taking it apart), leave the door open all the time, run a cleaner though the machine monthly and this still happened just 18 months after purchasing. Poor quality with both washer and dryer

I purchased my washer 3 years ago - and dryer 3.5 years ago. I have had nothing but problems with both appliances. The rollers on the dryer failed after 1 year and I have replaced them each year - total of 3 replacements. They have again failed, but I will not repair again. The washer also started having buildup in the rubber gasket after 1 year of normal use. I live in a very dry climate, but always leave the door open to ensure that residual moisture can evaporate. Bought this washer 2 years ago. The main bearing on the tub is already going. Owned LG and Samsung and the bearings went out in 5 years and I thought that was bad. Bought this due to good ratings. Not good for longevity or reliability.

Drum fell during spin

Excellent washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not only is this beautiful to look at, it does an excellent job cleaning the clothes, no matter how dirty they are. I love the special settings too. My grandson had a nosebleed in the middle of the night, so I washed all the bedding with the “blood” stain setting, and everything came out completely clean! I was impressed! The machine is nice and quiet as well. I’m very happy with this washer.

Wonderful Washer

Great front loader

Our first front loader and it's been great. The clothes come out nice and fresh, and not soaking wet. The drum spins very fast in drying mode. It's quiet and attractive in the laundry room.

Good washer
