What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this battery-powered trimmer for its exceptional power, delivering gasoline-level performance without noise or fumes. Reviewers consistently highlight the lightweight carbon fiber design, ergonomic balance, and shoulder strap comfort. The automatic string-loading system and tap-and-dispense feature are celebrated as revolutionary improvements over manual winding. Many customers value its seamless integration with the broader multi-tool ecosystem and shared battery platform. The tap and dispense for the line does not work as easily as videos show. Other than that it works well as advertised

A great trimmer for the vacation in Cabin
Would RecommendI bought this two weeks ago had a standalone trimmer to be used with my existing Paul saw. It connected seamlessly and was easy to use with my existing 2.5 batteries. I was able to easily complete the 1/2 acre. We have my cabin averaging four hours a day over two days and sixth charge's.

It's an eater!
Would RecommendI bought the Ego string trimmer for my wife, although it is a little heavy for her she learned quickly how to handle it. The battery life is good although this trimmer draws alot of power. It was a good purchase. I recommend it for all!

Return item
Would RecommendThe rapid reload did not work with my EGO. Also the EGO weed eater was not feeding any new line out when I tap the bottom on the ground.

Shield To Small
I have been using this for about 3 years the power and performance is good but the shield is useless be careful as it allows objects to hit you in the face and your body it is just to small of a shield to be effective.
