When I registered this item, I could not find a place to register the the battery and charger that came with it, frustrating. The original purchase was missing the bolt and Allen wrench to put it together. I had to return it for a new one. Once I finally put it together everything was fine. Have only used it a couple of times, so far on that part everything is good. Haven't used it enough to say anything good or bad about it.

So Far So Good
I have only had it a week, so I've only used this once so far. I like it a lot. The auto string release needs some work. Too little, or too much. Never just enough. The power is very good. Comparable with my gas trimmers.

Wish I bought sooner!
This thing eats! I was amazed at how long the battery lasted too. Nice balance makes it easy to handle.

Easy to use, well made, so far so good!
Would RecommendHesitant to put 5 stars without having used it too many times, but so far so good! Easy to assemble and easy to use. Cut through everything I needed it to without any issues. Not having to worry about having enough line out is a treat! Not the lightest unit, which I don’t consider a bad thing. I might pick up a sling in the future. Battery had plenty of charge left after each use.

Exceeds expectations
Would RecommendAutomated line loading is a game changer. I was unsure how I would feel about lineIQ auto feed but I love. Head speed is faster than my old gas trimmer.

Very pleased with this trimmer/IQ tool. Only issue is that I find it on the heavy side. I'm going to use the shoulder strap again, and hopefully I'll figure out how to work around this issue.

Heavy with battery
Would RecommendBattery makes it seem heavy and string does not cut 16 in swath .

Great trimmer
Great battery life and trims great, would have given a 5 but the string is hard to see while in use leading to some collateral damage. I would, however, recommend this trimmer it works great.

String Trimmer with 4.0 Ah battery
Would RecommendGreat Power, love the features. The 4.0 battery running almost non-stop on high power will run about 65 minutes. Disappointing.
