Would Not RecommendLine IQ technology doesn’t work. Every single time I use this weed eater it makes me loose my mind… The Line IQ technology doesn’t work so every time I run out of string I have to take 5 minutes to load it again. A 20 min job takes over 45 minutes.

Powerful
Powerful but hard to control for a tall person. Even with a shoulder strap.

Ok to use heavier line?
Would RecommendMy EGO string trimmer is terrific! Unfortunately the .095 line keeps breaking on my tough, woody weeds and gravel driveway. Can I use a heavier line such as .105?

Exceptional trimmer...sets a new standard
This is the bad*ss residential weed trimmer. Exceptionally powerful, easy to handle, and very comfortable for long yard maintenance projects.

Powerload feature not reliable
Purchased a couple of years ago and the power load feature has been problematic from the start. After 2 years it is not working at all. I do like the Ego line and have several of their products. This one should be avoided.

Stopped working
Would Not RecommendThe head on my weedeater stopped turning, and it never really wound the line correctly. I took it to be worked on and it was found defective. Still waiting on my new one to be sent to me. Then I can give a better review.
