Would RecommendThis trimmer is awesome. It is on the heavy side, but it cuts everything in one pass.
Ego brand is amazing.
Easy to use weed eater. I am updating all my gas eating machines with the ego battery systems. This equipment can change the heads out for various jobs. Its really nice to have and no gas or oil ever dripping on me or whoever is using it. I never have to run out of gas.

Nice Edger

Junk
Would Not RecommendI purchased the powerhead and string trimmer combo, with the STA1700 string trimmer with 17" Line IQ head. I own many EGO products. Do not buy this product. It will NOT spool line, and EGO is 0 help, their customer service is apparently in India, and they do not care. This was a total waste of a bunch of money.
The vibration will kill the battery
Would Not RecommendI purchased the trimmer and brush cutter. It worked fine with the trimmer but when I switch to the brush cutter the vibration from cutting thicker brush eats away at the plastic batter making the unit inoperable after a short period of time. The battery would just fall out of the powerhead. This seams like a quality item but the plastic battery lock is a terrible idea and will make this tool wear out prematurely. I would not recommend this and I'm disappointed in how the return was handled b...
