Would RecommendVery powerful, cuts and trims well. The length of the cutting blades are great. The cutting time with the 2.5 battery is good too. The main objection I have is the weight of the whole system . It is heavy and makes cutting for a tiresome and laborious process. I am still happy with it but can't rate it 5 stars because of the overall weight.

Would RecommendThis is a well built trimmer, and as others have noted the fully assembled unit is a bit heavy. I already have the EGO regular trimmer and think it is excellent. The only problem with this trimmer is that it lacks a protective tip for the cutting blades. You have to buy it as an attachment. I find this a bit perplexing. It is imperative to protect the cutting blades to assure a long life. Without a protective tip you are risking damage to the blades and might have to purchase new blades. ...
