Better than I imagined!
Would RecommendWas afraid it might be too light to be effective. Was I ever wrong!!! It's easy to handle and is very effective in churning-up the garden base....it feels powerful. Chewing-up roots and compacted earth is actually "fun". Of the 5 EGO tools I own, this one is my favorite.

Would RecommendI bought this a couple of weeks ago and am ok with it. I used it to till an area of bermuda grass that we killed and mowed down to 1”. The ground was less than moist so the tiller bounced somewhat because it’s light. It really bounced when it hit a rock. Not having a way to lock it in run tires the grip.

problems with design
The Ego system cannot have been designed/tested by anyone less than 6 foot tall. It needs to be shortened by at least a foot. I am 5' 7". I have the edger and the cultivator. They work well but are a real issue to hold and support at the correct angle to work. The shoulder strap that comes with the power head is a total waste I am looking for a harness similar to those that come with a backpack sprayer to support the unit. The tool needs to be shorter if you are less than 6 foot tall!!!!!!!!
