Thos Ego Won't Disappoint

Impressive power! No gas or oil to mix, no fumes, and slices through hardwoods just as it should.

Ego Brand

Nothing wrong with Ego. It’s the Brunswick, GA store. “We do not honor on line prices” Seriously??? It’s your stores ad that you won’t honor. It’s not surprising from here anyway.

No saw.

Lowe's delivered the wrong product, sent me the 16" not the 18 as ordered. Spent a hour with Customer Service only to find out they were out of stock on the 18" and couldn't guarantee the sale price when they were in stock. And they didn't know when they would be in stock. Very disappointing, and CS was painfully slow. Bad experience.

Ego Awesome - Lowe's not so much

Haven't used the saw yet but I'm sure it'll be great just like all my other Ego gear - a presumtive 5 stars. However, Lowe's is another story. Not sure what's going on with this company but it's nothing good. Saw was advertised on 11/30 for $249 online, good through 12/24 and showed 4 in stock locally. Drove to store, grabbed it and went through the self checkout. Price came up $399, which necessitated the attendant to call for an override supervisor. He manually put in the $249 but when I used ...

Quick

I pulled into Curb side pickup and used the app. I had my purchase brought out to my car in less than 5 minutes. Great.

You will spend more time cutting wood now.

I got this electric chain saw because I am tired of my gas saw not starting. I already have an EGO weed eater and it has been incredibly reliable. So far this electric saw has not disappointed me. This 18" saw is hard to find as it is in high demand. The only negative item I have to say is the saws tightening system. The tightening knob is hard to turn when tightening the chain on the bar. I had to loosen the chain and pull some on the bar to help it along. It will tighten but not as easy as ...

Push the Button

Very easy to use, just push the button and start sawing!

You only have 48 hours to return a chainsaw.

Looked up price online, stated price was $349.00. Went to store, picked up chainsaw, rang up $399.00, called an associate over, she had to call a manager to assist. We were told LOWE'S does NOT MATCH online prices. We could order online and pickup. Tried to order online, website said LOWE'S Claremore was OUT OF STOCK. My husband just one in his hand from inside the store. I went back inside to service desk. I told the service desk associate, online shows Claremore was "OUT OF STOCK. The ...

Quiet, light, powerful

Awesome tool

Great saw

Nothing!

I didn’t purchase anything! Stop using my email address for other customers purchases!

Works surprisingly well

Very pleased with this battery powered chainsaw. I was skeptical, but it cut through the roughly 6" diameter trees that I needed to remove with ease. The only question now will be reliability. If it holds up, I'll be much more than pleased.

Must better than expected

The chainsaw is more powerful than expected. I use it more than my old gas chainsaws (unless a large tree).

Great chainsaw

This chainsaw works surprizingly well! I had a small tree come down on my property that was 15 inches in diameter and this saw had no issues cutting it up for firewood. After around an hour of work, I still had power in the 5.0 Ah battery.
