I am a novice, but this chainsaw makes it very easy to jump in and be safe after a few videos. Highly recommend the product, but be safe.

New chainsaw 16”
Got the new chainsaw and what I saw was really impressive. I tried it out for a short time it was cold and the battery was low .could not tell how low it was but got cut for about 3 minutes and it was dead . But in that short time the saw seems to be a vast improvement from the old saw. From the grouser teeth to the chain tensioning. And the oil filler cap. Thanks for making something better.

Lowe's sent product knowing fraudulent purchase
I have no idea how the product works because Lowe's allowed a fraudulent use of my card to purchase this, even after I called and let them know prior to shipping. So I guess if you are a scammer, Lowe's is a good place for an online purchase

Great chainsaw
Would RecommendI was skeptical of a battery chainsaw but thought it might be useful around the property. I was wrong on my skepticism this is a great product. My gas chainsaw died and needednto cut down some trees and the Ego came through. It cut down a couple large trees and cut them up for splitting with no issues.
