We use the Delta Pro with an Extra Battery to run a 8000 btu window unit in our spare bedroom. This setup helps cut down on our electric bill. Solar panels keep them charged during the day with the help of the back up Smart Generator. We love the EcoFlow products.

Great Product
I bought this a few weeks ago as increased storage for my home office electrical needs. Since my office uses about 250-600 Watts, I can survive a two full day outage and still work. This sure beats UPS backups, instant recovery from brown or blackouts.

Great products, but limits on installation options
Coupled this with my Delta pro main unit. All is working well, but really nee more flexibility on the connection cables. The basic ones are just long enough if the units are directly side by side. This limits where one can place the equipment (eg stacking or wanting to leave more space between units in poorly ventilated ares to improve air flow.

Extra Battery Definitely Help
I bought the extra battery after I added a couple of 400 watt solar panels. It definitely charges, but no second fan which is a relief. It is important to update the firmware on the app for the latest algorithm as to how the two batteries discharge. It is a complex task deciding how much juice from the second battery when the first battery has a load. It seems like a lot of times it is about half. I bought this on Christmas Day. It is performing perfectly. I have only two complaints. While it is well known that the documentation for the Delta Pro and the Smart Panel are limited in details and usefulness. The Delta Pro battery has taken it one level lower by not providing any documentation at all. I guess it’s hard to find fault if it doesn’t exist. Sneaky.
