Great devices

Had issue with early models (manufacturer installed incorrectly), but they quickly resolved the issue. Also had two fail out of several but they replaced them. Since then, no issues. Which it had humidity sensor.

Why has no one done this before

I love that the room sensors follow you from room to room to heat smartly.

Great to get a complete temperature picture

I have 5 stand-alone sensors with my Ecobee 3. I am able to monitor the temperatures of the kids rooms (two rooms are southeast and southwest facing where the southwest room will stay warmer longer due to the sun. With that the Ecobee is able to keep the AC on to bring the temperatures down and allow me to set the heat registers to keep the hotter room cooler. I can see the basement has a 4 degree c difference between my main floor and for the Ecobee to ignore it in the summer but use the ...

Need More Sensor

You can never have to many. The more you have the better the temp gets balanced in the house.

It gives fexibility and confort

The ecobee room sensors gives the flexibility a standalone thermostat can't. The followme feature included in ecobee 3 and ecobee4 takes it full power with the room sensors. Placed in every room, I can control the temperature according my habits during the day. Great product!

Great Product

I bought room sensors and they balanced the system very well. Now the upstairs is the same temperature as downstairs. Just waiting on the power bill to see if I saved anything on that or not?

Love room sensors

It is a great add-on to the ecobee. I had 1 in my kid's room and it works great!

Easy setup and does what it's supposed to do

I have 3 of these sensors in strategic locations around the house. They are ridiculously easy to setup, and they work great to get the right rooms at the right temperature.

Must take advantage of the remote sensor feature!

I had one sensor with my ecobee but adding more sensors really takes advantage of ecobee's full functionality. Me and my wife have separate home offices and are not always home on the same days. With the sensors, ecobee knows if just my office is occupied and adjusts the temperature for my comfort. And having another in the bedroom is great to make sure we can sleep comfortably. This is a great add for anyone that has an ecobee

Great way to enhance features of Ecobee

If you have more than a one room apartment or home, then the additional sensors are a must have. Being able to monitor and adjust based on hot and cold spots in the home not only help with the utilities, but could identify areas that have an issue, such as a window that is not sealing properly, etc.

I've had the room sensors for a while now and they have been great. The concept is a great idea and the execution is perfect.

Exactly what's needed for the extra rooms

The extra sensors are wonderful additions as my thermostat for the bedrooms are in the hallway and not in the bedrooms themselves. With these, the room doors can be closed and still remain the proper temperature since the sensor controls the temperature within the room that is occupied. Just so perfect instead of one in the hallway that requires all the bedroom doors be open to even get close to being comfortable in the rooms.

It works

I purchased the Eco4 and two extra sensors. The installation went smoothly with sensors coming on line without a problem. The sensors recognize where we are in the house and I believe they really help to keep the temperature comfortable wherever we are. So far I am very glad we made the investment in Ecobee products.

Must have for multi-room comfort

If you really want to have multi-room comfort, you need to get more sensors. Sensors are easy to pair with the ecobee3 or ecobee4. They detect movement so "Smart Home" and "Smart Away" features work with this. Without the sensors, ecobee is basically a Nest.

Better control of all rooms

Got these about 8 months ago and have been extremely helpful to monitor and control temps in all rooms. Accuracy of the temp seems to be accurate with 1-2 degree variance

Great addition to keep whole house comfortable!

I bought these so I could have a sensor on each floor of my house. Sometimes I would sit downstairs in my basement for hours playing video games and since I was the only person home, my ecobee thermostat would think I had left the house and go into away mode. Now with these extra sensors I can keep one on every floor of the house and my ecobee always knows when I'm home. They also double as occupancy sensors for smartthings, which is a nice bonus.

Great little device to monitor temperature

Got 3 sensors to compliment my ecobee3, they are great in determining where area of the house needs attention (heat or cool).

Simple installation

I am very pleased with the new sensors. Right out of the box, they quickly and easily connect to the main unit. Just a couple of quick selections on the thermostat (or online), and you're good to go! This is so much more efficient with the extra sensors. And, they are cute, too. They are tiny little bundles of amazing technology.
