What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the floor cleaner for exceptional cleaning performance, with most noting streak-free results and single-pass dirt removal across hardwood, laminate, and vinyl. The self-cleaning function is widely celebrated as transformative, eliminating manual wringing and dirty water handling. Many find it lightweight, intuitive, and highly maneuverable for everyday use. Some frustrations emerge around maintenance difficulty, particularly debris tray removal, and a few report the unit is too tall for low furniture or experience dirty water sensor issues. Despite these drawbacks, most customers recommend it as a significant improvement over traditional cleaning methods.

I bought the WASH-G1 last month and like it so far. Easy to use but Dyson needs better consumer education or instructions for use. My red debris tray/gray wheeled panel does not release or come out easy as the VIDEOS suggest and there is no close-up view to see how to maneuver it/press a magic button, etc to get it out for cleaning. So now cleaning the Wash G1 is a hassle because I have to wrestle with it and flip it over on the floor to get the panels off. Otherwise, does a great job and is...

Does what it says....and does well....
Would RecommendXmas gift from family. I will say it does clean very well ONCE you have removed all residue from the floor. Our prior wet jet based system built-up cleaner residue over the years, causing G-Wash to suds repeatedly and make for a frequent, unpleasant empty tray/roller clean routine. Since those episodes it does clean very well with water, dries quickly, and the floors look great afterward. The self clean is a bit tricky to learn however works well to keep rollers clean. I do recommend Dyson up...

Easy Peasy mopping
Would RecommendI love this Dyson WashG1, I hated mopping the floor, I tried everything, the Norwex, Wet mops, swiffer and yes by hand. we have lots of floors, this was so easy just fill with water and go. when done you empty the dirty water out and then use the clean machine button. so easy. I can mop my floors when ever and no longer a chore.

G1 Vac/Mop
Would RecommendWhat amazing vac/mop! I truly thought that I cleaned good! But this vac/mop proved me wrong. So easy to use and demonstrate extremely how much dirty waste it picks up. Every time I use it the water is dirty. What a relief that I bought this vac/mop. Thank you Dyson.

Works perfectly
Would RecommendI love this! It cleans very well considering it’s only using water, though I wish I could use actual cleaner. It’s easy to use, quite considering, glides along, maneuvers easily, and last a decent amount of time being cordless. I found it a tad difficult to clean the first time but quickly figured out how to take apart easily and put back together. So happy I found this!

Amazing in Every Way!
Would RecommendMy wife and me bought the G1 and are so happy we did. Our floors are tremendously clean and the ease of use is amazing. The machine glides over the floors and picks up an amazing amount of material. It is well engineered and the self cleaning mode is great. When needed, the machine is easy to remove parts and perform a deep clean.

Needs Deep Cleaning After Every Use For Pet Hair
This is a great machine for cleaning ceramic tile floors. The best I’ve tried. However, it is a very fussy machine and does not work well in homes with pet hair. We have four tiny Pomeranians (5-7 lbs each) that are not shedding a lot of hair presently. But that little bit necessitates deep cleaning this Dyson after every use. Dyson recommends periodic cleaning which is fine if you have a clean, dust-free house. I learned this when on my 2nd use, the rollers would not pick up dirt because a...

Plus buy.
Would RecommendWe have glossy tiles all over no carpet. . We use Dyson 360 robot which does 1 hour of cleaning followed by Wash G1. WashG1 pick up more stuff after dyson360 ( dyson360 picks up a lot ) but this is one more step. Both last about 1 hr each of battery life so good bit to clean our 3000sq ft space. I am not a fan of robots with inbuilt mop as the mop function is superficial. Wash G1 rollers are very powerful.

Have only had for a couple of weeks but love it. Two dogs in the country that bring the outside in with them. We use it daily and it's amazing how much it cleans up daily.

Not your mother’s mop!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Dyson WashG1 is a phenomenal machine that is not your mother’s mop! Setting up the machine itself is quite easy and a user manual can be found online. Construction of the machine is very solid and a quick test area of my high traffic living room with laminate floors proved that it can handle set in dirt, debris, and cocker spaniel hair! I was quite impressed with the maneuverability of the unit and how it expelled just the right amount ...

Nice Item
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was great on my bathroom and basement floors; it really helped get them nice and clean. Unfortunately, if you want this product to help clean the grout between tiles, it's okay but not the best on the market. It did clean my hardwood floors, and I loved that it didn't leave the floors sopping wet.

POWER WET VAC!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WashG1 is a POWERFUL wet vac machine. Cleans dirt mark on floors that brissell wet vac cannot. Design can be improved. Set up is fairly easy. Would recommend but pricetag can give cleaner enthusiast some hesitation.

A total game changer!!!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is a total game-changer for floor cleaning. It combines wet and dry cleaning in one pass, so it picks up dirt, scrubs stains, and dries the floor as it goes. The self-cleaning feature is super handy, and I really appreciate that it's cordless, making it so easy to move around. My only downside is that a couple of times, even after I’d cleaned it, it still told me to self-clean again. The battery lasts about 30 minutes, which is enou...
