I clean the thermocopler and it works for a day or 2. I have sent an email to the GHP group with no answers. Would RecommendI thought i would share my experience with the Dyno Glo 20,000 BTU heater. This thing is a life saver! When it got too cold 6 degrees F here in Texas, our electric heat strips in our old furnace just wasn't able to keep up. This single heater was able to supplement our central heater and raise our 2600 sq ft home temperature from 65 degrees to 72 degrees. Would RecommendThis is my second DynaGlo heater and, once again, I'm very pleased. It easily heats a 14×25 area on the #3 setting. Any higher setting would roast us. It starts quickly every time and is efficient with propane. The blue flames are visible and give off a cozy, fireplace-like ambience. I highly recommend this heater.
