Duel fuel--quiet-very ez to start--hours used ---

Bought a month ago--ran it for 2 hours ran great -ez start good features -I would have liked the fuel gauge to work but right out of the box it didn`t....All others worked fine...Several errors in the owners manual, you need to reread it & correct...Side cover to get to the oil is a big problem......But over all a good generator---Would be 5 stars if fuel gauge worked--

Best Quality for the Money

This it the 4th DuroMax generator I have purchased and have had wonderful results with all. Have had no mechanical issues and they are quiet and easy to start. Best bank for your buck.

Nice generator for its size

This unit was very easy to start on LP. The quietness seems appropriate. The weight was perfect for one person to lift. I attached it to our small Jayco Feather RV and it was able to run the lights, the refrigerator, radio and a fan. Unfortunately, it was not powerful enough when I turned on the A/C so it will have to do having fan only.

Camper requirement

I love this generaotr. The weight is managameable and it powers ecerything we need. Did I mention dual fuel type. We use propane but having the gas as a backup is awesome. Home run with this generator. Keep up the great products.

It is very quiet and starts first pull. The owner’s manual is the best one I have seen in years.

Got us through!

I've had this.for about a year now and until Thursday night I hadn't needed it but it was ready. Ran for almost 2 days straight and preformed absolutely fabulous. Good on propane as well. Highly recommend.

At this point I did not use the unit yet, but according with the reviews from other customers, this unit should be a great upgrade.

My first small portable Inverter Generator

Very pleased with the overall performance of this unit. Quite, powerful and easy enough for my wife to handle in a hurricane emergency where we tend to lose power often.

Dual fuel, compact, idle control and clean power.

Bought this generator as an emergncy backup for my gas high efficiency furnace.I'm sure I will also also find other non-emergency usages.

Very difficult to start

I purchased two of these generators because of their versatility. They cost about what the equivalent size single generator cost but gave me the flexibility of using one at a time (using less fuel) or linking them together (which also gave me four outlets instead of two on the larger model of equivalent wattage). However, they both are extremely difficult to start.

Did my research…. This unit is my choice

Reviewed many small “suitcase” style generators and this one was what I think, is the best choice for the price. First, I wanted a dual fuel unit as my usage will be for power outages and therefore not used on a consistent basis. So LP powered should have less maintenance issues such as “old gasoline”, hard starting. Also like the idea that it can be linked in parallel if I so choose that I want more wattage output in the future. AND, the parallel cables are INCLUDED, not an additional purch...

I like the dual Fuel

Like the dual fuel and the wheels on it.

Great machine.

I received this jewel on one day, added gas and oil, and started on second pull. I put it in the garage and figured I would use it in the spring. Next day we had a winter storm and power was out 6 hours. Started her up and ran lights and pellet stove like a champ. Kept us warm. I love it.

It looked like a great generator and looks like it would work great, but I received mine damaged with the throttle stepper cover broken, and this thing surges like crazy, was contacted by duromax and all they kept telling me is it has to break in, i now have 10hrs on this thing and nothing changes still surging, I’ve taken apart the carburetor and cleaned out everything in it still haven’t changed a thing, It seems like a great choice at first because it was priced right it had all the power I ...
