Would RecommendI love how this machine has become our replacement for an expensive installed generator. In the event of power failure, I roll out this to the side of our home, plug it in to the box an electrician wired up for us, plug it in to our large house propane tank, and I don't have to worry about having lots of gas around! We can power nearly all of the devices in our house we need to function, including AC. We did have a interlock panel installed, so once the machine is in on, I have the designated...

Peace of mind and reliable
Would RecommendWe have had this generator for three years, several storms, and two homes. We don’t worry about storms or power outages in an area prone to both.

Reliable
Would RecommendAfter having and using the Dual Fuel 10k generator for 2 years, we had the unfortunate pleasure of utilizing its power after hurricanes last year knocked out power for 4 days in our area. With transfer switch installed on our home, I plugged the Duromax generator into the 50amp outlet outside our home. The generator purred for 6 to 7 hours with 30 minute breaks, powering just under half of our 2500 sq foot home. Later a few months I sold this generator, purchased the 15k dual fuel, installed the...

Great Prodcut
After Hurricane Milton, This unit powered my entire 2400 sq ft house ( necessities only) AC/ Fridge, Separate Freezer, all convenience outlets. Only piece it didn't power was washer and dryer which were not needed. Efficient, allowed quick transformation from gas to lp and back again. Hichly recommend this.

Excellent for the whole house
Would RecommendBought this about two months ago and am loving it. I have a 400lb propane tank that will last for a few days. The generator was easy to set up and use. I paired it with a 50 amp transfer switch and put an easy start on my AC and it runs the entire house without any problems.

Life saver
Would RecommendWe purchased last year before the last storm hit and it was ready. After power went out it made my life a lot easier. It was easy to hook up and easy to start. It did everything I needed it to do and more. Last but not least the price was really affordable.

disappointed
Would Not Recommendbought this 13000 watt duromax generator in May 2025 after 2 storms here in Springfield MO. We needed backup generator and after doing my research chose this one. I put it together and after having a manual transfer switch installed I ran a test run for 3.5 hours. it ran great and put out enough power to run everything needed. Yesterday we had another storm and lost power. Set up generator and started it. It ran for 30 seconds and died. won't restart. No help from duromax. waste of money.
