Nice little trailer but bad packaging and handling

Picked up at Lowes. It was in a beat up cardboard box. Opened the box at home. The metal bed of trailer was disfigured. A corner was bended and edge of bed was dented. Hours of metal work to fix them, rather than returning which will take more works and time.

easy put together

It was simple to assemble. I do recommend that you purchase 4 straight pins for the front and back gates for easy removal. Other than that it works like it should and does carry a lot of weight

Had problems with title not signed on back. DK2.com extremely easy and helpful getting everything you need for state DMV.

Nice Trailer

The trailer is very nice but is not 5 x 7, the bed actually measures 4 feet 4 inches x 7 feet 2 inches. To me this isn't that big of a deal so long as it will hold 4 x 8 sheets of drywall, plywood and such. The directions suck so throw them out. Fortunately, anyone with half a brain can figure it out as it is a very simple design. Solid materials and fairly easy to assemble

Took 3 hours for me to put together.

fender brackets

directions show the bigger fender bracket goes in front of the tire front of trailer it is opposite. put the shorter one in the front and the big one in the rear of the tire otherwise the fender will not fit properly.

the box is 6"x4'x8'. weighs 450 lb. disassemble the box to put all the parts in my box trailer individually. the heaviest part is the deck. you will need assistance when moving it around. or if you have an empty pickup they can fork it on

Awesome little trailer perfect what we needed in are type of business came in and ready to build very easy to build.

DK2 nice little trailer

Just bought the DK2 trailer and so far very happy with it. The assembly instructions are not the best but there are YouTube videos on the assemble which are very detailed and make the assembly a breeze, took me 3 hrs. by myself, with 2 people it would have been very quick and easy. I love that this trailer has full sides all areound and not just rails so small items can't fall out when on the road. Is perferct for hauling small loads or making dump runs.

Great trailer

I haven't used it yet but it appears to be designed and built solidly. I really like the idea of being to drop both gates to expand the load capability.

Great In Every Way

I've had 2 other trailers & have modified them over the past 40 yrs. I LOVE this trailer: right size (for me), EZ to assemble (I put anti-seize on all the fasteners); flexible, durable, good paint, nice balance, big tires. Wish I could buy some professional grade, big truck reflective tape w/ it (hint, hint).

Good budget trailer with some issues

The trailer wasn't too bad to put together, it does have a VIN for the DMV to register and put on the road. The license plate location is hysterically placed. It's a dump trailer, so it's designed to tilt, and proceeds to crush the plate. Consider moving the designed location from below the driver side tail light to somewhere else. The tilt isn't as much as I would like, tried to dump horse manure but it didn't budge. Still had to shovel it all out. I'm now longing for a more capable trailer but...

Great product - no support

The trailer is a good option, but it DK2 wont help at all when it comes to getting it registered. Which makes the trailer tough to use. Some states will be easier, but in my case the utility of this trailer is negated by the lack of support from the seller in getting the correct paperwork to get it registered.

Good fit for our Jeep Compass

Perfect size trailer for my needs. Made it's maiden voyage to the landfill yesterday and it rolled along smoothly...nice.

Quality trailer.

The trailer went together very easily. As a certified welder I was impressed with the quality.

Surprisingly good

It’s a good trailer, easy to assemble and feels very sturdy. Took me about 1.5 hours but you need some tools for sure. You also need to be careful that there is a certificate inside the box, don’t lose it. There are some visible rust spots on the surface after a few rainy days but it’s easy to fix with anti rust paint
