What Customers Are Saying
The Jamestown Diamond Express cabinets are of mixed quality. Some customers reported the cabinets as high-quality and well-crafted, exceeding their expectations. However, many others experienced issues such as damaged or defective cabinets, incorrect color, and parts not fitting properly. The cabinets can be easily dented or damaged. The overall quality and consistency appear to be inconsistent.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Ordered 3 weeks ago , they come to deliver today and are a cabinet short , so I rejected the load , I want all or nothing , now they are saying next delivery “should” be the 19th but don’t know until the cabinet isn’t on back order any more . I placed the order on Feb 17th , today is March 5th and maybe I’ll be getting them all on March 19th lol , do better ! They had no problem taking my money on time
