What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' solid construction, smooth finishes, and durable hinges and drawer slides, with many noting the craftsmanship exceeds expectations. Design and fit are frequently highlighted as excellent, with white finishes matching well across lines. However, a substantial portion report severe frustration with delivery coordination, receiving damaged or defective units with cracked frames, chipped paint, or misaligned doors. Many cite inaccurate tracking, delayed deliveries without notice, and poor customer service communication. Despite these operational failures, most customers affirm the product quality itself is excellent once received.

Would Not RecommendThese cabinets ding so easily. I was just getting a plate out of the cabinet and it just bumped the cabinet door and that left an indent on the door. They already got so many marks on them from the install. You can see glue at the seams inside the cabinet. I bought a few intermediate ones and they came in worse shape than the express. The white colors do match though between the different lines. I wanted the tilt out tray and was sent a kit with this base, but the top door is screwed in and the ...
Nice color but poor quality and QA
Would Not RecommendOrdered Diamond kitchen cabinets through Lowe’s and have been without a functioning kitchen for almost 2 months. Poor QA led to delivery of manufacturing flaws like chipping paint/glue issues that delayed installation by 3-4 weeks. Particle board quality.

Check the sizes before installing
Would Not RecommendGot the cabinet and noticed it only measured 91 1/2" tall. Then noticed it didn't even have the toe kick built into it. Not sure who was out that day, but it was for sure the quality checker.

Very nice cabinet
Would RecommendWe picked it up from Lowe’s yesterday and it was in perfect condition. Installed in the laundry room. It’s well made. Much nicer than the Diamond off the shelf at Lowe’s. We’re very pleased. Waited 2.5 weeks to receive after ordering.

Not Great Enough to Make Up for the Shipping
Would RecommendThe cabinet itself, once it finally got here, was sturdy and I enjoy the soft close doors. HOWEVER The process of getting it here was NOT worth the purchase. If they didn't keep stringing me along, there were at least two times I almost cancelled the order entirely. Just be aware when ordering, the third-party delivery service they use doesn't use tracking numbers, and can't even tell Lowes customer service when they will arrive. I was originally told they would arrive 3 weeks after placing m...

Defective cabinet/ cabinets
Would Not RecommendThis is the second cabinet we had to order because the first one was badly defective. The rest of cabinets lack described quality as well but were usable and we did not want to prolong works on our kitchen longer than necessary. It caused us to push all of our remodelling and instalation plans back for more than two weeks including installation of our new flooring. I hope the replacement cabinet will be of expected or as described in catalogue quality and we can use it to finish the project.
