What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' solid construction, smooth finishes, and durable hinges and drawer slides, with many noting the craftsmanship exceeds expectations. Design and fit are frequently highlighted as excellent, with white finishes matching well across lines. However, a substantial portion report severe frustration with delivery coordination, receiving damaged or defective units with cracked frames, chipped paint, or misaligned doors. Many cite inaccurate tracking, delayed deliveries without notice, and poor customer service communication. Despite these operational failures, most customers affirm the product quality itself is excellent once received.

Overall happy with the price we paid. No damage with our shipping, they were in great condition. The downsides are the door panel is a bit thin for my liking, the back is stapled on, and the opening of the blind corner is super small I can't find any pull out shelves to fit it. I'm sure they won't last forever and I'm glad we caught them on at a good sale price plus the bulk price. Probably wouldn't buy them again but overall they are ok.
Arrived damaged, later than 14 day guarantee
The cabinet is solid and seems nice, but 1 of the 3 we ordered arrived damaged in 2 places. It also took 2.5 weeks to arrive. We needed it sooner and ordered it because of the 14-day delivery guarantee.

not custom work
Would Not Recommendquality is significantly lower than described. This product is billed as semi-custom and yet it is stapled very thin plywood.

Damaged Cabinets, poor shipping
Would Not RecommendWe received 3 of 6 cabinets damaged, poor workmanship as many were painted poorly and scratched. One cabinet had the shelf glued to the top of the cabinet. It’s very disappointing to receive damaged cabinets, huge hassle to return and is now delaying our project until toward the end of July. Need to do a much better job packing and shipping.

Run Away Quickly
Would Not RecommendDon't walk. Run away. Lowes has provided one of the worst customer experiences I've encountered. I purchased cabinets and installation over a year ago and still do not have a completed kitchen. More than 7 shipments of damaged cabinets and replacements have been sent. Shipments have included cracked cabinets, dents, cabinets built out of square, chipping and peeling paint. The work of the installation team Lowes subcontracted to complete the work has also been low quality. If you value your tim...

Diamond Express and Lowe’s Design-Amazing combo
I mistakenly ordered the kitchen minus one cabinet. Lowe’s came through quickly and had it on-site in less than 2 weeks. The quality is great, and what you would expect from Diamond. Amazing option for fast projects. Christine at the San Marcos (TX) store is outstanding as well. She always does great designs, and goes above and beyond. She is a gem!
