What Customers Are Saying
Customers are divided on cabinet quality. Many praise sturdy construction, smooth finishes, solid wood, and durable hinges, with several noting the craftsmanship exceeds expectations and delivers premium aesthetics for the price. However, a substantial group reports significant defects including cracked frames, chipped paint, dents, misaligned construction, and missing components. Several received multiple defective units requiring returns. Additionally, many experienced inaccurate delivery timelines, misleading tracking, and order errors. While some had smooth experiences, most who faced delays expressed frustration. Overall, satisfied customers find excellent value, but defects and logistics issues concern nearly one-third of reviewers.

Craft Room Cabinets
Would RecommendWe received our cabinets a week earlier than expected. We installed them this weekend and are really happy with them. The quality craftsmanship is amazing. I would not hesitate to buy them again. We did have them shipped directly to Lowes because of previous reviews. We picked them up at our local Lowes. Where can I find the paint for touch up? We got the Moonstone Gray.

not 36" wide, only 27" ...
Would Not RecommendYour pictured specifications are inaccurate!! 36x24x34.5".. This blind corner only measures 27" we have a small kitchen and needed to fill as much as possible with cabinet storage... Yes, I know the drill about pulling away from the corner, but 9" is too much! What are the ACTUAL measurements of the 42" blind corner? Your description is misleading and I really wish I would have known prior to receiving our cabinets!!! Please let me know the 42" measurements asap!!!

Given wrong size
Would RecommendWe ordered this with the knowledge of the dimensions being 36in W x 34.5in H 24 in D. When we got it, it was the wrong size, a size that isn't even on the website? Other then that its nice.

Poor 3rd party shipping
Would Not RecommendProduct seems fine. Shipping was the issue. Lowes used a third-party shipper, who then hired another third-party shipper. Was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks, it took 5 weeks. Second shipper said they called, but no record of it in my phone records. So we finally scheduled a delivery date, and of course they were a no-show. So had to reschedule. Might be better to pick up at Lowes store instead.
