What Customers Are Saying

Customers are sharply divided on cabinet quality. Most praise sturdy construction, solid materials, clean finishes, and easy installation when units arrive undamaged. However, a substantial group reports serious defects including cracked frames, chipped paint, dents, misaligned construction, and incorrect dimensions that render cabinets unusable. Some note thin door panels and stapled backs as design concerns. While many find well-made cabinets excellent value, recurring quality control failures and inconsistent product condition have eroded trust, leaving overall satisfaction mixed despite strong praise for intact units.
