What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' solid construction, smooth finishes, and premium hinges and drawer slides, with many noting excellent value and durability. However, a substantial portion report serious frustrations with order accuracy, missing parts, incorrect sizes, cracks, dents, and peeling paint. Many describe inaccurate delivery statuses, extended backordering, and conflicting communication. Despite strong product quality, operational failures and unmet promises have left many customers dissatisfied and unlikely to return.
Customer review summary generated by AI, including incentivized reviews.Ordered 3 weeks ago , they come to deliver today and are a cabinet short , so I rejected the load , I want all or nothing , now they are saying next delivery “should” be the 19th but don’t know until the cabinet isn’t on back order any more . I placed the order on Feb 17th , today is March 5th and maybe I’ll be getting them all on March 19th lol , do better ! They had no problem taking my money on time
