Would recommend.

I bought this portable saw to supplement my larger shop table saw. I was impressed with the features and quality. Still need to figure out a way to temporarily mount the saw.

credit card issues

the person who delivered it to the car is ok but the person who put in the order to charge for it should be fired. because when i went to make a payment on my card they charged me for 2 of these saws and 2 drill sets in which i only got one each. and now i been fighting for the last two days to get this straightened out and taken off my account. It dont show on the lowes side but the credit card side it does show they over charged me and charged me for 2 of each of those items. not to happy caus...

Another great Dewalt product! My wife and I use the Dewalt Table Saw for numerous DIY products and it has always provide the versatility and quality that we need to complete the job. I particularly like the high degree of safety that the saw provides!

First ever table saw. Have other Dewalt tools, and impressed with them. Had lots of features got a newbie.

Like so many others, the table itself is warped.

The tables on these are not flat. so getting your throat plate to rest flush is just not possible. Also, the lumber/sheets you cut are never square. /// The fence is also horribly cheap and is concave, and twisted. Sadly, DeWalt has faded into the realm of a Craftsman tool over the past 8 years. I have older Dewalt Table saws that are perfect, but aged out. I even have a Ryobi from 14 years ago that has a straighter fence, and flatter table. So, avoid Dewalt all together... they built their name...

delivery

this order was scheduled to be delivered on tuesdsy nov 28th. Instead it was delivered on sunday nov 26th. it was dumped in the middle of the driveway and sat their until 9 pm . also a dewalt saw blade included in the order which was not delivered with the saw. I just found out i have to pick it up at the store. this inconvience is forcing me to cancel this item. It raises doubts about ever ordering any other online deliveries.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED

I have many many Dewalt tools. It’s definitely my go to tool manufacturer. I constantly brag about how awesome the tools are. Sadly to say I’m eating a whole lotta crow on this one. This saw worked 3 times. Each time I made around 4-5 small cuts. The next time I tried to use it, it was dead. I tried 3 different electrical outlets and still nothing. I even flipped the breaker and tested the outlet for power just to make sure it was working. And of course it had been too long from the date of purc...

Great Saw, Deceptive Advertising

Great Saw! Deceptive Advertising! Both online and in store states the original price was $399, so you are saving $100 at the $299 sale price. To my surprise the saw's box had a large yellow sticker stating that the new lower price is $329, not the $399 as advertised. In other words, you are led to believe you are saving $100 when you are actually saving only $29. The savings dropped from 25% to below 10%. Not sure why the deceptive pricing was necessary for a Dewalt???

Great Saw, my second one

Just purchased my second one. I sold my original one due to my moving and had to down size for the move. My wife makes miniature dollhouses and this saw is more than accurate for the precise cuts I need to make . The gear-drive fence is perfectly smooth and accurate. Great little saw!

I have had this saw for a couple of years and really like it. It is compact and durable. When I want to drive my small car to a job instead of my big van, the saw fits in the trunk along with my other tools. The folding stand is handy. I don't bother to bolt it down, just set it on the stand and go to work. I like the rack and pinion fence system to keep things lined up. The adjustment for raising the blade needs some air pressure and dry lube occasionally to keep it working smoothly.

Solid saw

Good product

I did some research and went to the store to buy this product. Salesman talked me into buying a 10" saw that I returned after setting it up and seeing how flimsy the saw, accessories, and the base were. I bought the DeWalt 8.25 saw and have been very happy with it. There were no adjustments to be made as it came from the box since they had been set up at the factory and remained in adjustment throughout shipping.
