Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT 21 -Piece Assorted Assorted Black and gold coated HSS Jobber length Twist Drill Bit Set

They are DeWalt bits, of course they are good.

This is a great set of bits. They easily cut through wood and are sharp right out of the box. The carry case makes it convenient to put inside the toolbox. I would recommend these for anyone.

Price was right

Solid bits

Worked better than the cheaper dewalt bits I had previously.

Gets the job done right

Organized and high quality.

Gets to the point.

Dewalt tools

Multiple options, nice case, easy to read labels, and a lock!!

Nice Set

Bits are held in by rubber so they don't slip out if you tip the case upside down. They come in a DeWalt Toughcase that can attach to other cases in the system. I like to keep my driver and drill bits clipped together as one unit. Nice tips too that don't walk when you use them.

One drill bit broke the first time I used it

One drill bit broke the first time I used it in drilling soft wood.

Nice case for portable use, and works as it should

Good product

Sharp

Nice set

I like the three side flutes cut in the big bits

This is the second set I have. I have used these bit a lot they cut great and stay sharp.

Excellent Bits

Very good quality and performance as usual with DeWalt products and tools.

Worth the cost

Works great

Convenient portable bit organizer with labels

I bought this to help me keep organized with my projects as i move around my garage and house. It's an upgrade for me as before I just had a large pile of random bits. A really nice benefit of this, is while you're working, if you need to pull the bit out, you can put it back in is spot so you don't lose it, but leave it angled up in its spot so you know which one you were using.

Great tools. Recommended by a friend. Good call

Terrible

These are the worst drill bits I have ever seen. They must be made of very soft metal and are not sharp at all. They work on wood but even struggle to do that. I tried 6 different bits to drill through a piece of sheet metal. 3 of them rounded the end of the bit and 3 of them broke. Dewalt bits have always worked great that I have purchased before. I'm not sure what changed.

Dewalt twist drill set

Bought these to complement my driver set so I wouldn’t have to continually swap out when pre-drilling pilot holes. Cheaper than buying another driver. They are sharp and long enough for the projects that I do, and they have extra small bits that easily break.
