Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT 3 -Piece Assorted Assorted High-speed steel Countersink Twist Drill Bit Set

What Customers Are Saying
Here is the refined summary: The drill bit set performed well for many users, producing clean, precise holes, especially for woodworking projects. However, some customers reported quality issues, with bits arriving bent, off-center, or breaking easily, even when drilling in soft woods. The inconsistent quality suggests this is a hit-or-miss product, with successful use depending on the individual bits received.

Would Not RecommendThe 1/2" brad point drill bit was manufactured with the brad point and flutes off center of the shank, so it woun't drill a clean round hole. There are other similar reviews. I had to order a Fisch bit (I have a 3/8" of that brand) made in Austria to get a well made bit. Would not recommend this set to anyone that intends to get a nicely finished project.

Excellent item
Would RecommendThese drill bits are great. Very sharp and a more than affordable price. I only wish they had set with more than 6.

Over priced
Found similar set ( same sizes) for 1/3 the price. So took these back.

Perfect for my job
Would RecommendI really like these drill bits with center point. They don't wobble off mark which is really great?

Exactly what I need at a good price
Would RecommendEven though it's not the best quality around, the price is just right. I looked at other online retailers and it was $10 MORE. Building a bar and this will give me that professional look with sunken screws.

Snapped #6 during first use
Would Not RecommendI used it on one project. While it worked well during use, drilling holes fast and clean, the #6 bit twisted off right in the wood. This was only after a dozen or so holes. Was disappointed since this has Dewalt's name on it I hoped it was better quality.
