Would RecommendI needed an extra long drill bit to support insulation on the underside of a metal awning. This bit was perfect to reach the four inches through the awning, insulation, and the support board for me to then bolt directly to the metal awning.

Would RecommendGot this bit for drilling through deck posts at an angle for a cable rail system. Although I cant speak for the longjevity of it, it stayed sharp and performed great for what I needed. Only thing I noticed was that you need to take your time and make sure the shaft doesnt flex or it may walk the exit hole off a little.

Good fast bit for installing cable through walls
Would RecommendI needed to run come CAT6 cable and the Irwin bit I had previously bought just couldn't drill through a beam. This DeWalt had no problem zipping right through as if it was nothing. I wish I had bought this bit first, it would have saved me some money.
