Would RecommendI needed a smaller circular saw initially for a special project where any of my other saws were unable or too big. The saw is light weight so as not to cause fatigue while holding on a wall for an extended slow cut. I had to slice a 2X4 vertical for about 16” with a depth of about 3”. While the saw could not do a 3” cut, I was able to score the stud and used a chisel to finish. I am DeWalt(er) so this was a no-bainer and a purchase which I am sure I will put to good future use.
