This saw is so useful. The cuts are acurate, it aligment is perfect to make those complicated cuts. The size is prefect to take to any job. The visibility to make the cuts is awesome. If your looking for precision this is your saw.

Awesome lightweight Saw

Very compact, light, just right for alot of different jobs remodeling, doing a certain trade or having for the house etc, wish it was double bevel but thats the only con. It cuts all day with a 5ah so far that I've used it. I am very happy with it so far!!

Handy

Needed a smaller cordless miter to carry around, fit indoors and in inconvenient mitering locations. Does the job well. Needed something that wouldn't draw the juice the larger miters do, but expecting quality. Was a little disappointed it was out of the box inaccurate and needed adjustment (which can be expected in the miter saw purchasing world). LED shadow light is epically handy, but has been flickering the LED fast flicker since purchase. Will warranty when this first project gets completed...

Impromptu Gift for Myself

A little hesitant to replace my non-Dewalt corded miter saw, but thIs one offered more features/capabilities, and is functionally more portable than any corded miter saw. Glad I bought it.

Great for Detailed Trim Work

I bought this saw for smaller trim work mostly 1x4 boards. This is a great little trim saw well built and safe to operate.

Small but mighty.

I am a long time user of DeWALT tools. I valued my 12 mounted on a folding stand as my most valuable tool, until. I remodeled my daughter's basement myself. She saw my struggles with the large saw. She took it upon herself to find my new favorite. At 35 lbs, one hand carry, battery operated it does not completely replace the big brother but it is light, accurate and very reliable.

Best miter saw ever

I don’t even use my heavy / bulky 12 inch miter at all anymore! This saw does everything and more ! Slide feature smooth ,dual bevel is time saver ! And carrying it up stairs is oh so much easier! oh yeah …. no extension cords needed ! Best tool since the hammer ! If you don’t have one GO BUY ONE !!!! NOW !!!

Great little miter saw

I just needed a small miter saw for some smaller jobs around the house and this knocked it out of the park! Love Dewalt products and this one is no exception. The handles on the side make it very easy to carry around and each cut is perfect. Special shoutout to the folks at Lowes for helping me not only locate where in the store the saw was stored but they also made sure I got the web price, which was a huge discount from retail and included a Dewalt battery as well.
