Would RecommendI don’t even use my heavy / bulky 12 inch miter at all anymore! This saw does everything and more ! Slide feature smooth ,dual bevel is time saver ! And carrying it up stairs is oh so much easier! oh yeah …. no extension cords needed ! Best tool since the hammer ! If you don’t have one GO BUY ONE !!!! NOW !!!

Great little miter saw
Would RecommendI just needed a small miter saw for some smaller jobs around the house and this knocked it out of the park! Love Dewalt products and this one is no exception. The handles on the side make it very easy to carry around and each cut is perfect. Special shoutout to the folks at Lowes for helping me not only locate where in the store the saw was stored but they also made sure I got the web price, which was a huge discount from retail and included a Dewalt battery as well.

Works fine on 2x4, 2x6, and trim. Making it great for redoing the exterior trim of my shed. Dual bevel would be nice, but that is rarely needed for most projects.
