Great for cutting carpet with the right blade
Would RecommendI had to tear out and remove carpet. A special carpet cutting blade was used with this tool and carpet cutting was so easy - so much easier than using a carpet knife. I was totally impressed. What a time saver! While it did a fantastic job cutting the carpet, it was not really usable on carpet padding, however. A carpet knife is still required for cutting carpet padding.
