Would RecommendThey have knocked it out of the park with this. The battery housing is off the ground about 6” so it can stand in water without worrying about damaging the battery or light. Extremely bright and multidirectional.
One of my favorite DeWalt purchases
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love this light, extremely bright, durable, and compact. The only thing i wish it had as an option to plug it in. Run time is excellent even on just a 6.0. I imagine it would last a whole day with a 12.0 battery on the highest setting.

Versatile work light
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this light. I had to talk the wife into it, but since we have used it on several occasions... it's so handy to toss a battery in, and have a lot of light anywhere you need it. we have literally used on normal jobs, power outages, and even stuck it on top of a roof to finish a gutter project (it worked great, sat right across the peak of the roof) Makes an incredibly handy power failure light, on low it will last a long time on a 5A...

One of the best accessories in the 20v max line
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit after a hurricane came through my area. With an extended downtime for the power grid, I wanted to reduce my reliance on the generator, and this item did the trick. I've since kept it on my site trailer for jobs and the ease of use is great. Plenty bright, reasonable runtime and a good value compared to the other market offerings from other tool brands and Pelican.

The ultimate light for construction workers.
Would RecommendAs the photos show below, the light illuminates a pretty large area. It does telescope up 7' and the directional head allows the light to be easily aimed. The way the unit folds up for transportation it is relatively easy to carry up a ladder--even two story buildings. We are a commercial roofing company that offers 24/7 repairs. This light is indispensable. With two of these lights, one on each side of our roof repair area, a huge area is illuminated well enough to do detailed repair jobs. Anot...

Great tool for electricians
Would RecommendI've used this light on a few jobs now. I'm an electrician and there are some jobs where there are no lights when i arrive. Thats where this comes in handy. I last used it about 2 weeks ago on an electrical service fire where the power had to be completely turned off until we could make the repairs. It lit up the entire section of the factory where we worked. Idk what the other reviewer is talking about. This light extends to 7 ft and is directional. Guess he didn't know how to use ...
