Very bright, pair it with a large battery if you want it on high cause it eats.

Batteries are hard to get in and out, take forever to charge and go dead fast. It is very bright AT the light but doesn't really project the light enough to light up walls well enough for painting. Probably great for a camping light but not for working.

Bluetooth quit working and NO tripod mount

I like the output from the light and that it's compatible for both 20v and 60v batteries but the fact it doesn't have a tripod mount really brings down rating and after 3 days the Bluetooth won't connect anymore. I have tried reseting it multiple times but it won't link up. The light is so bright that having the ability to turn it off from my phone was a reason for the purchase but now I can't do that. Not very happy at all.

I've wanted one of these for a while now and finally picked one up. Bright awesome durable light. I love it and highly recommend it. My wife even told me to gab a couple more for the house in case the power goes out this storm season lol.

Great work light, should have bought one earlier

Love that it's small, can be tilted in many ways (up, lying sideways, etc.). Easy to move around as you work with no cables. Different brightness settings are great, and help to conserve battery. Easy to hang or mount to a bench/saw horse. Overall, better than I expected. Worth the price - which I was not sure of!

Older Lights Have Tripod Mount

I found a 2021 model 5000-Lumen Dewalt light in October 2024 at Lowes - so these older model lights are out there. There is a serial number on the box that started with 2021-XXXXX for my light, so mine had the tripod mount which is what I wanted! All the new 2024 lights have NO Tripod Mounts (many complaints) - so look for a serial number thats older like 2021 or 2022 on the boxes My light works and looks great and there is really no difference between the older and the new model other than ...

Beware of the free battery offer with this light

The battery that is offered with this light - a DCBP520 is NOT compatible with this light. The light does not operate on the brightest level for more than a minute or so then blinks and goes off. That is with the ECO mode off. The light works fine when paired with a compatible battery that is listed on the back page of light’s instruction booklet. No tripod mount

I bought this light with the intention of mounting it on my Dewalt tripod. This light does not come with any mounting ability, as other reviews have stated. The advertising has not been fixed several complaints and years later. I am disappointed in this product and Dewalt.
