Would RecommendI bought this set about 6 months ago and never open the box until my other set went stop working but when i went to charge the battery the charger never worked so what can i do ??

Terrible Batteries/Charger
I got this as a Christmas gift a year ago. One of the batteries never holds a full-charge and the other gets drained within 15 minutes of periodic use. The lights on the charger also never light up like they are supposed to indicating that the batteries are charging.

Would Not RecommendI purchased this set some time ago. It appeared that one battery did not charge well, or hold charge. The next time I went to the store, I took that battery along. After all, Lowe's has all of my purchase data, right. I was told that I needed to bring everything back, with original packaging, and they would swap the entire set, not just the one battery.
