It’s not the product I have a problem with since they were stolen en route to my home, it was how Lowes handled the situation. Basically said sorry but that is your problem. Shocked at how they handled this. Will never order from them again. Terrible and from such a large company.

Powerful and combo tools. MADE IN MEXICO.
Would RecommendGood quality and great price. Working like a dream. Although they're compacted, yet, very powerful. Drilling holes, screw and unscrew in no time. I like that both come with lights, very convenient when working in dark area. Fast charging time (around 1h) and a large storage bag, you can put more tools in it. Would definitely recommend and would buy it again.

Best drill I have ever owned
Took advantage of Fathers day sale and purchased this for my son - He loves it

disappointed
I bought it on recommendation after research. My drill bits didn't hold tightly and I had to break one in the wood because the drill wouldn't grab it enough to reverse out. I went over the directions hoping I was missing something but never found a resolution.

So I was feeling pretty good about my purchase until a day later I open the taped dewalt box it was missing the charger and of the belt clips one had already been installed on the impact an obvious return product the other was you guessed it missing also instead of a compact brushless drill it was much larger I think who ever returned it put an older model dewalt in the box and kept the brushless compact drill. I will be returning it and demanding a new unreturned product.
