I have used and abused this machine through several remodel projects, plumbing repairs, concrete jobs... and it keeps going. I've not used other units, but, in my opinion it has punched above its weight. The battery seems to last obnoxiously long, I've been able to break up even old, super hard concrete using chisel bits, and when running a SDS dril...

Used the Bosch 1-1-2” tile bit with this tool and after an hour’s work (breaks once in a while), noticed that grease buildup on bit coming out from the insertion lock end. This caused the bit to rotate out of set position after some more use before I stopped altogether. The tool setting was properly set to hammer drill (no rotation). Other than this potential defect (unless it is a lubricant), the hammer drill performed well.
