Delivery service
Would RecommendLowe’s has exceptional products at a great price. DeWalt is a great brand. My review is aimed at the delivery method. Not a big fan of FedEx. Said my package would be delivered on Sunday in which I knew was a long shot. I thought okay it will be here Monday, but still no package. Finally received Tuesday afternoon. This order was placed March 9, and delivered the 14. The order should go through the nearest Lowe’s, and shipped the same day. Delivery method is ridiculous.
Awesome tool!
Would RecommendEven better than I expected! Lightweight, powerful, good battery life, and it's great that it comes with an extra battery + carrying case. I've been a DeWalt fan for a long time and this purchase adds to my satisfaction with the brand. You can't go wrong with this one!

Decent impact
Would Not RecommendFor the price it's an okay impact, but the 1.3ah batteries are basically useless, and it won't take off a lugnut even though it says it has 1,700'lb of torque. (That was with a 5ah battery) For small jobs it's not bad, but for automotive or construction I would definitely get a more powerful impact.

Nice compact and powerful
Would RecommendWent with the Dewalt because I have their tools already and it's nice to have backup batteries. This tool is nice and compact while still having plenty of torque. I used it on a vehicle jack and it spun up the scissor jack very easily. I highly recommend it.
