What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this cordless caulk gun for transforming demanding tasks into effortless, efficient work. Most highlight reduced hand fatigue, with users reporting they can complete jobs previously avoided due to arthritis or strain injuries. Many emphasize dramatic speed improvements on large projects, completing multiple tubes in minutes. Reviewers consistently describe solid build quality and smooth operation. However, some report the advertised anti-drip feature fails to prevent oozing after trigger release, resulting in wasted material. Despite this flaw, most customers consider it a worthwhile investment that delivers on core performance.

Used for less than ten hours

I am a general contractor building everything. From homes for o shops and renovations. Design wise the gun is great except for the nail poker which isn’t long enough like most and doesn’t stay in place when not in use. I own close to 100k worth of dewalt cordless tools. If they make it we own it and this tool crapped out after about 10hrs of use. I have put up with corks in a few of their tools as they are worth the effort (model 12s and 13framing nailers) but this is the second dewalt tool I ha...

Does its job very well, but a bit of a hassle

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To say I'm a "DeWalt guy" is an understatement, so to be disappointed in this product was quite surprising to me. This was supposed to be my "splurge" tool that I treated myself to and, unfortunately, any benefit it has provided has been offset by the only negative. I believe this product is worthwhile if you have long, continuous beads of caulk or adhesive to lay down as they tend to be very uniform and its use significantly reduces hand fatig...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the wife decided we were going to paint the house, I knew it was going to be a job. When I realized I had to re-caulk the entire house, I told her we would have to pay someone. I am handicapped and my hands will not let me squeeze a caulking gun that much. This adhesive gun made the job so easy that I try to find other things that need adhesive. I have gone as far as offering to come over to friends and families houses and fix theirs just ...

Very satisfied

Very happy with this tool, have been using it for about a month now and it holds up very well. Has a couple nice features including the variable speed and taking the tube case off for easy cleaning. Things it needs are a tip cutter on the gun, and the poker is pretty cheap and can be a nuisance. Overall I would recommend this product to anyone in the construction field.

What a beast

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you get a hang of it, this thing is amazing. I purchased it to caulk about a mile of siding, no way I was doing it by squeeze gun. In low speed, after the 6th case it is still on 2 bars of a compact 2ah battery. The variable trigger and dial speed control really lets you find a good balance between speed and accuracy. The anti-drip feature works better with larger orifices, still drips when working with less than 1/4 inch.
