What Customers Are Saying
The Dewalt rotary cut-out tool is compact, lightweight, and cordless, making it easy to use for cutting drywall and other materials. Customers find it valuable for home renovations and repairs, particularly for cutting out electrical boxes and windows. However, some users are disappointed that the tool lacks a variable speed option as advertised and feel it is overpriced for a single-speed tool. Overall, the majority of customers are satisfied with the tool's performance and recommend it as a useful addition to their tool collection.

amazing tools
Would Recommendvery good deal and good tools
Really bad customer service
Would Not RecommendHave not received info for the $30+ warranty I bought with it and it’s almost impossible to reach someone about this. I want a refund for the warranty plan due to the failure of having instructions in an email that was supposed to come to me. I’ve checked my emails/spam/junk and still have received nothing. Horrible service.

Die grinder
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sure this is a great drywall tool. I have seen guys use it the way it was made. I however do NOT. I use it as a cordless die grinder and let me tell you, it rocks. I chuck up some carbide burrs to this thing and do everything/anything I could ever want to. Definitely versatile

NOT A VARIABLE SPEED
Would RecommendI ordered this thinking I was getting something variable in speed, to where if the rotary tool was jumping around too much, I could either raise or lower the speed to accommodate. what I got was a regular Rotary cut out tool for almost $200

This tool was advertised as a variable speed but when I got home and opened the box and started using it, I found out it was only a single speed tool. It works ok but I was looking forward to a variable speed tool.
