What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this compact cordless drill for its exceptional power, lightweight design, and ease of use. Most highlight how surprisingly powerful it is for its size, handling tough jobs like drilling pilot holes and removing screws with ease. Many appreciate the lightweight, compact form factor ideal for tight spaces and extended use without fatigue, particularly for users with smaller hands. Reviewers express strong confidence in the brand's quality and durability. A few note the lack of included drill bits or mention battery concerns, but these are vastly outweighed by positive feedback. Smoking
Would Not Recommendbrand new out of the box as whenever the chuck is fully open or closed it smokes heavily, also the chuck is full plastic, as a dewalt fan I'm suprised at how awful this thing is.

Great compact drill.
Would RecommendStrong power. Out powers my Rigid 12V that I thought was the king of 12V. May I also complement the Lowes associate that assisted me.

Great drill/driver package.
Would RecommendI finally retired an old drill that wouldn't hold a charge, even after getting the battery pack rebuilt. I picked this Dewalt as a replacement. Love it! Compact but has plenty of torque. I really like the handle placement. Puts my hand closer to whatever I'm working on for a better angle. The little light has come in handy too, especially inside cabinets and such. Extra battery pack is useful.
