Replacement DeWalt drill battery. Needed a replacement DeWalt drill battery. After some local searching, found one at local Lowe’s. Sticker shock is an understatement! Was between a rock and a hard place as I needed the battery. My drill takes a 2 amp battery, the battery I was sold is a 5 amp, was told by store associate that amperage would not affect the battery, in fact is would hold charge longer. Made the purchase anyhow.

Would RecommendAt least on my power hog Dewalt blower it is noticeably stronger than older type batteries. Also use on my battery powered mini chainsaw. Cut down a decent size tree and still used blower after to clean up. Only neg is the price but cheapest here at Lowe's. I bought 2 :)
