Ordered two DeWalt batteries from Lowes. First one was brand new, no issues. Second one was beat up, not functional, clearly had been returned, put back in the warehouse, then sent to me (attaching pictures of both new and used batteries received). Reached out to Lowe's customer service, spent 50 minutes on the phone with the rep and her manager. Per Lowes policy, they cannot exchange the battery, even though their site lists 247 in stock.
