Does not last

Got with our new construction house. After 1 year it was hard to use the handle. Started to bind and also had to find the sweet spot to get water to stop dripping.

We Loved This But…..

We absolutely loved this faucet - but 14 months in and it started to fail. We replaced the batteries, did a reset, now it barely comes on - there is no pressure, We checked all the things it could be to no avail so we had to put it back into manual mode. I read this on other reviews prior to purchasing but thought we’d get lucky. I should have known better.

LELAND 9178-SS-DST

Thank goodness for the lifetime warranty. I have had mine for about 10 years. After about 5 years the cartridge had to be replaced. A couple of years after that I started having problems with the nozzle button. It finally reached a point where it required massive effort to switch between spray and stream. That is when I called and asked for a replacement nozzle.

9178-DST Faucet leaking

Bought this faucet because of the 'sprayshield' feature. Installed it about 8 months ago. It started to leak about 2 months ago and is getting progressively worse. For a kitchen faucet to be leaking in so short a time is totally unacceptable. P.S. I'm a retired retired mechanical engineer, so I know what I'm talking about.

Not happy with this faucet

This faucet is very difficult to get the water to turn off. The handle has to be in the exact right position or the faucet drips. Now, the head of the faucet is having issues and the water flow is not coming out as strongly as it should be. It is also difficult to get the water temperature correct. I would have returned it if it wasn't so difficult to install.

Good Faucet

This faucet is better than my previous Delta kitchen faucet. It's stainless steel, and it looks good. Now I need to get an updated kitchen sink to match the faucet. The water pressure, however, seems to be a little less than my other one. I like the decorative style of this faucet.

Lovely faucet

Our plumber said we needed a new faucet and he had this one on his truck. Now we have’s more water pressure than we ever had and we feel like we are living in luxury. Great faucet- especially if you have one of those old ones where the sprayer is separate.

Disappointed

I liked my older cheaper one better. The buttons for spray are too easy to push accidentally, the faucet head is too low, neither spray is useful to me, and there is only one flow selection for the non-spray mode. I like the non-spot finish, but that's it. Would not buy it again for those reasons.

Found out I could have paid about 100.00 less somewhere else, so that was very disappointing.

We bought this a few weeks okay to replace another brand which has been leaking for awhile

Good faucet

The problem I have with this faucet is the range of movement is so small that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature between hot and cold - it is either hot or cold.

It's OK. Functional and seems to be well made.

Been using it about 2 months. Two issues: 1) I find the "spay shield" to be useless. I prefer the regular spray. 2) I would like to have a way to stop the water flow w/o altering the hot/cold mix (e.g., for rinsing a variety of dishware, utensils, etc.) Particularly with the "oval" shape of the handle movement, a flow interrupter would be great. Would recommend to a friend with a few minor reservations.
