Ratings & Reviews for Delta Leland Arctic Stainless Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate)

Looks great, not happy with shut off

I purchased Delta - 9178-SP-DST three years ago and while it still looks great, it constantly needs the Cartridge - DIAMOND™ Valve - 1H replaced. Thankfully the company sent me three replacements. But very unhappy to have to keep installing the part every year. Thankfully my neighbor is a contractor. Looks like I have to call and ask for more cartridges again. Maybe I got a lemon?!

Easy to use.

The spray feature is different than the same one that I had previously, but overall it is very nice and easy to use.

Excellent customer service!

We bought this faucet 6.5 years ago and recently developed a slow drip. I looked up our faucet model number on the web site and called customer support. In a few minutes my order was placed for the replacement part. It's amazing that a company still has this level of customer service - it's world class! Thanks Delta, it's been a pleasure doing business with you!

Sweet! Perfect for my sink

Nice faucet, very practical

Great Style & Performance

Bought this kitchen faucet to replace a 23 year old Kohler. We chose the Delta Leland because of the style-especially the large handle for my husband who has big hands and the Shield Spray which concentrates the spray on dishes that you rinse. My husband installed this faucet. I would definitely recommend the Leland. It is a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

Fits with our decor...love the spotless stainless

Looks greatnand operates as expected. The recertification store is now my go to for sink and shower supplies. Instructions need to be modified...no mention. Of the blue clip on the diffuser hose. I found out the hard way it was not a snap tight lock.

Great Faucet! Love the spray shield option!

Looks great works great. Highly recommend.

Love Delta

Delta is great! They back their products.

great warrantee

we previously bought one four years ago and it did.t shut off . called and told them about the problem they replaced it with a new one.

Nice Faucet

I bought this early this year; had it installed by a plumber. Works well and is convenient, but now and then it will go on or go off when my hand gets very close to the faucet but does not touch it. That can be annoying and wet. I would like it looked at but am not interested in another large bill. Faucet was expensive, as was the installation.

I like it

But I don't like it for simple fact evrytime I go to use it buttons stick when switching through them

Works great. Very good quality

Great addition to my new granite counter tops

Perfect!

Love it. Works great. Looks wonderful.

Easy install. Nice feel to it.

Very nice for the $. Nice operation.

Love The Look

I replaced my old Delta Leland Kitchen Faucet with this new one. I like the look of the new one. It looks special. It took me a little time to figure out how it worked because the stream of water is different. I wish it would not get water spots on it so easily if you do not wipe of the drops right away it leaves spots on it.

Love

Love the look and options on pullout sprayer!
