Would Not RecommendFirst, here is no way to actually secure this light to the post - it just sits there. Second, the wood will look like crap after about one year. Third, the way they attach the battery holder inside is a joke. Find something better.

Would RecommendI love the light and how easy it was to affix. What I did not like was the availability of the products. I don't know if I needed this particular cap when maybe there was something else could be used instead.

The cover removal is quite difficult and if you don't know just the right pressure points, you will catch hell the to the batteries to activate them!!! Other than the activation difficulties the lights are quite an addition to decks at night!!
