Delayed and canceled.
Would Not RecommendI should have listened to those who said their order was delayed. My order sat in "Preparing your order" for 9 days. The delivery date came and went. Customer service from UFP Retail Customer Service (ufpretailcs@uf) could not tell me when it would ship. Lowes could not. Don't offer it if you can't supply it. This is just the beginning of my project. So it was order (1) of what was expected to be (4). If that's how it was going to go I was getting out at the beginning.

Sent Damaged Material
Would Not Recommend11 of 26 pieces arrived with damage. Some were small chips/gauges, some were large chunks which should have easily been noticed and removed during loading. The worst pieces were in the middle of the load so this didn't happen during shipping, it is just how Deckorators sent out their product. Lowe's will not process an exchange, only a return so it is on me to pay extra shipping if i want to get more. They can keep it, going elsewhere.
