Wrong item shipped no show on pick up

Informed Lowes was picking up the return today. Mid day I called Lowe’s and was told my pick up time was between 3:30 - 7:30 PM I was told I would be contacted, when they are close. I was told to be here and wait. I waited at the construction site from 10:30 AM until 9:00 PM. No phone call, no email, no message to let me know they were not coming.

Gray composite

Ordered a beige sand color solid composite. This was gray ribboned. The length was the wrong length also. I was contacted the morning of the return pick up they would pick up between 10:30 -2:30 . I called to see where they were.. I got an updated pick up time between 3:30-7:30 and was told they recommended that I wait until they got there. I asked if they could call me an hour before they arrived? I was told they would reach out to me?? Still waiting…
