Ratings & Reviews for Deckorators Venture 1-in x 6-in x 8-ft Medium Square Composite Deck Board
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this decking for exceptional durability, ease of installation, and stunning appearance. The boards cut cleanly with standard tools, drill easily, and feature hidden fasteners creating a fastener-free surface. Reviewers consistently highlight the natural grain pattern, rich color variation, and realistic wood-like aesthetic that rivals premium brands. Many emphasize the material resists rot, warping, and weather damage, with solid performance under sun exposure. Customers find excellent value, noting the quality justifies the cost compared to higher-priced alternatives. A few mention the long boards require two people to maneuver and the surface can feel slightly slippery when wet. Overall, most consider it an outstanding investment for durable, beautiful decking.

Good subsitute for treated wood decking
Would RecommendI'm having the flooring replaced on a deck on the second floor of my house. The 40-year old floorboards (treated lumber) were rotting. I though this composite material would be more durable. It seems rigid, attractive, and reasonably priced.
