Ratings & Reviews for Deckorators Solar 4-in x 4-in Black LED Outdoor Post cap light
Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise these solar post caps for their attractive appearance on decks and railings, and most find installation straightforward. However, significant concerns emerge around reliability—many report lights that never activate, stop working within weeks, or fail to charge properly. A major issue involves fit compatibility; numerous reviewers note the caps only fit bare 3.5x3.5 posts, not standard 4x4 posts with sleeves, yet packaging lacks this critical detail. While some accept modest light output as appropriate for decorative use, others expected brighter illumination. Despite aesthetic appeal, inconsistent performance and undisclosed compatibility limitations frustrate a substantial portion of users.

Look is beautiful, just not a real bright light.
Would RecommendBeautiful black beauty: We purchased in-store Qty of 3. Same price as online and found the online purchase did not have the bottom portion wrapped in the copper. We ended up painting all 38 with a copper paint. That was our only disappointment. Otherwise they look beautiful on our black scalloped picket fence.

Too small. My post is 4*4 but this product is too small. It claims it fits 4*4 inch post, but must have confused ID with OD.

Pickup Service
Would RecommendThe product I purchased was what I wanted, but had to go into the store to get the product from a locker. The app didn’t give me an option to have delivered at curbside, as I had two dogs with me and didn’t want to get out of the car. I left the car running to allow the AC to keep the dogs comfortable. Not very happy……….
