Please see my previous review and put your self in my shoes and ask if you would be happy? 8 days since order placed. Original delivery was the 10th, then to 13th. Delivery truck mechanical issues. The only person that has ever reached out to me was the delivery driver. After mechanism break down, my attempts to over the phone have not been good.
Again, placed an order on July 8th. This material arrived from Fed Ex on July 10th. Great right? No! I still don’t have the rest of my order and today is 8 days since order placed. The Free delivery seemed such a great easy online way to purchase from Lowe’s. I still cannot get a person to give me a straight answer on my delivery. All I’ve asked was to be communicated the order status. I call, get thru the intelligent person, get to customer service and end up feeling like this is a bad experie...
