What Customers Are Saying
The product has mixed reviews. While some customers found it easy to install and functional, many reported issues with the quality and durability of the plastic parts, which broke or wore out quickly. The product also did not always fit standard bathtubs as advertised, requiring additional modifications. Overall, the negative experiences seem to outweigh the positive, and the product is not recommended for most customers.

Stopper plug is too short
Would Not RecommendMy tub, a Sterling Ensemble, requires a 13 1/8" depth drain according to the instructions. This drain supposedly fits up to 14". The drain itself does fit, BUT the stopper rod isn't long enough. Adjusted to the last thread on the rod only slows down the water escaping.
Changed it out in about an hour.
Would RecommendEasy to use.

Oop! Ordered the Wrong Item!
Would RecommendI ordered the wrong item by clicking on a prior order. I ordered without my glasses! On arriving at the store the young lady was bringing my order to the counter. She was most gracious about my mistake and promptly processed my return/refund.
