Terrible terrible terrible!

Terrible! Not sure if got a bad batch but it was like using half dried sanded grout. It doesn’t level and you can not feather it. After it drys you can not get it off, i thoight i might be able to sand dowm the gobs and mounds and mess but when you put a sander to it it heats up amd turns to rubber. Buyer be wear it sucks!

Works great

Worked perfectly to even out a low spot on a subfloor while laying down laminate flooring. Not sure what some are complaining about. This product isn't too stiff at all. Used a trowel to spread it out and went to work on my evened out floor the next day.

you NEED a spray bottle of water!

Out of the tub this stuff is like sandy play doh. Its almost impossible to use. Spray some water in the tub, and mix around a little bit. As you apply it to your floor spray a little more water and it will apply almost like joint compound. It takes some patience and finess but this stuff does work. I think it just dries out on the shelf.

Good and Bad

I really did not know how to rate this. For what it does I would give it 4 stars. For application 3 stars. For online documentation 2 stars. It is a very good product as far as being strong and does not crack but I felt like it was hard to work with. What videos I could find it looked like it went on like drywall mud but in reality it was more like a combination of concrete and chewing gum. This made it hard to apply a smooth coat or to even smooth it out. But again it is good for uneven ...

Difficult to spread

I bought this to level a significantly low corner in a bedroom, about 1/4" drop over about 4 SF, since it was described as a flexible leveling compound and floor patch. I found it very thick and difficult to spread evenly. I finally got the hang of applying it with a wide spatula and pressing very hard to feather it so it would not stick or curl up, but it required me to applying many thinner layers and letting it dry between applications. Subfloor leveler prior to Carpet

Love this stuff. Easy and convenient to use. Blended perfectly to spread and lay evenly when spread with putty knives. Would recommend and will buy again if needed.

Floor patch

Used to level concrete floor. Was thicker than expected but did the job

Great product!

I used this to level a subfloor on a house with concrete pier supports. It didn’t dry super fast, but I used it in multiple passes to bring height of floor up to where it needed to be.

stated coverage is misleading, slow to harden

The actual coverage is a fraction of the stated amount since it was based on 1/16" which you cannot really do. Anything 1/4" or more takes days to harden. Between 1/16" and 1/4", it works fine.

FLoor Leveler

Not what I expected. This product contains a lot of sand, and when it dries it is very hard. If you need to sand this product after it dries, you will have a very difficult time. The product would probably ok if sanding isn't required. Also it's a little thick in consistency.

Not easy to level

Perhaps if you have a lot of experience this would work. It's quite thick and sandy, difficult to spread and we could not really get it level. Don't attempt to mess with it if it starts drying...it pulled up and would not smooth out!

Floor Leveling Liquid

Did not work for what I was interested in which was to level a floor with a liquid solution before dropping in laminate flooring.

Great Leveling Compound

After foundation work was done inside my home, i needed to bring the concrete-filled holes back to floor level in order to relay the vinyl tiles. This wass easy to use and worked out well. Easy clean-up, too.

Works good

Pretty stiff to work with would like it to be a little easier to apply. But not a major problem, and it accomplished exactly what it was supposed to do! I would definitely use it again.

Good, but expensive

Product worked well, but was too expensive to use for large area coverage.

Will shrink with time

I thought it was a product that would dry in hours and ready for the floor the same day? No. I had a 1/4 drop on my wood floor to patch where an old furnace used to be. I thought 1 can 32 oz is enough. It shrank and I bought a second can and added to it. That too shrank. A third can. 1 week later, it was slighty below grade. Fourth can! Now it is level! Do not plan to install your floor immediatly. It will shrink and get thinner.

Cannot sand this product even after completely dry. I ruined a brand new belt sander trying to sand this stuff down; company said you could sand it!

Floor level compond

Great for leveling dips in wood floors before installing new floors.
